Servoca’s manned services division scored a massive +61 in its ACS verification audit completed on 25.06.2008. The Company's previous mark of +43 was already well ahead of the industry average score of +27 but the gap between the best and the rest is now even greater.
MD Tim Whitfield said "there are more than 500 firms on the SIA's register of approved contractors - so just having the standard is of no real value. More and more we will see companies promoting their ‘scores' in an attempt to differentiate on quality and this superb result gives our customers, partners and stakeholders real confidence that we continue to invest in our management systems, our staff and our promise to offer premium service at competitive market rates."
Commercial Manager Peter Lake added "buyers of Licensed security services should ask their suppliers to reveal their verification scores. ACS measures a company across 89 criteria, covering every aspect of its business and as such it is the passing 'score' that reveals most about a company's standards, not just the logo on the letterhead. We're justifiably proud of our result."
